Who Should Attend?

People that are in charge of product/project management, marketing and sales or service development in areas related to Billing & Business Support.

The first day gives a comprehensive introduction to UMTS network, potential services and an overview of the UMTS capabilities to provide charging related data. A short workshop will be conducted with focus on different end-user segment needs.
The second day highlights specific subjects related to the UMTS business environment and the solutions/standards proposed for end-user billing. A short second workshop will be conducted with focus on a UMTS future market scenario and implications on Billing & Business Support Solutions.

Entry Requirements
The participants should have knowledge in telecommunications and preferably from the GSM area.
